Online Orders

All online sales are final.

Undeliverable orders due to buyer error

Undeliverable orders due to buyer error will be held in the store for 48 hours for the buyer to pick up. If buyer provides the corrected address, we will redeliver after a $20 redelivery fee has been paid.

Undeliverable orders due to seller error

Undeliverable orders due to seller error will be redelivered to the correct address at no extra charge.

Downpayments

Downpayments are refunded in full if work has not started or supplies have not yet been purchased on the date of the refund request. Refund requests must be made by a phone call. Email refund requests are not accepted.

If work has begun or supplies have been purchased, we will refund the downpayment minus labor and costs incurred to-date as of the refund request date.
